Ordering Policies

At Crowned, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for all our royal customers. Please review our policies below to ensure you're informed before placing your order.

Returns

  • No Returns Accepted: Crowned does not accept returns.
  • Exceptions: Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated by our leadership team based on inventory, shipping times, and item availability.

Exchanges

  • Request Deadline: Requests for exchanges, or reports of damaged or incorrect items, must be made within 2 business days of the delivery date.
  • Processing Fee: Exchanges are subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item.
  • Exclusions: Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Worn items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Instructions: Please email info@conniemannering.com for exchange instructions.

Refunds

  • Store Credit Only: Any approved return exceptions will be refunded as store credit.
  • Processing Time: Store credits are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item(s).

Discount Codes

  • Policy: Crowned is unable to add discount codes to orders once they’ve been placed. Only one code can be applied per order.

Shipping

  • Delivery Times: Orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many items ship sooner based on availability.
  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently available.
  • Regions: We ship within the United States and Canada. For exceptions, please email info@conniemannering.com.
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are based on product size and volume for both domestic and international orders.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Crowned is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases. While we cannot replace these items free of charge, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

Additional Notes

  • Holidays: Shipping times may increase during major holidays.
  • Sales & Promotions: Processing times may extend during sales and promotions due to higher order volume. Customer service response times may take up to 5 business days during these periods.
  • Mail Delays: Once an order is shipped, Crowned is not responsible for mail delays or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., COVID-19 regulations, customs delays).
  • Customs Fees: Customers are solely responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders.
